At STEAM Engine Education we create a safe learning environment to help children expand their knowledge with one-on-one tutoring and homework advice and to help children explore interesting topics of math and science through fun and creative technology and investigation.
STEAM Engine Education was opened on October 6, 2017 by former Messalonskee Middle School teacher Allison Cooke and her family. S.E.E. is a family owned and operated business with the goal of assisting the students with their school careers, and introducing members of the community to educational activities that are enjoyable for everyone. This business is a dream come true to the employees at STEAM Engine Education. Two former teachers on staff, have devoted their lives to helping and teaching children. Being able to do this their own, non-traditional, and fun way, engaging with the students, is what they have and are working for.
STEAM Engine Education, Central Maine's Education Center, is offering 7 weeks of 'Summer Day Camps'. We are experienced teachers, determined to provide experiences to stimulate imaginations, spark creative thinking, and provide a safe place for investigating new ideas. We can't wait to have fun this summer!

LEGO Star Wars: E for Everyone
“The LEGO games are a lot of fun, especially for kids, and I mean, who among us isn’t a kid?”
LEGO Star Wars: The Video Game is a recreation, in LEGO form, of the Star Wars movies (this game follows Episodes I, II, and III). You play as the protagonist, and, with multiplayer, their allies. You work together fighting LEGO enemies, solving LEGO puzzles, and building LEGO creations to join together, save the princess, and defeat the Sith! If you or your child are fans of either LEGOs or Star Wars, I would make sure to get this game for them.
